Description: Vintage Arnart #5022 AUGUST Birthday Angel wearing a yellow dress with a yellow flower hat pushing a cart of Pink Flowers. The cart also has a sign with an AUGUST gold paper banner. Made from bisque porcelain, and hand painted she measures 4¼" tall. The Red Made in Japan label is still on the bottom. There were two crossed downward arrows with 5022 under them stamped on the bottom, the black stamp came off while I was cleaning them. The last picture of the black smudge is the stamp. She's in great pre-owned condition free from cracks or chips. The August banner is crooked and the top edge of it is splitting. She does have some paint transfers and some dust spots.
