VTG. Hamilton Masterpiece TV case award watch 1986 10k GF, Runs, Time Set Issue

Please note - this watch is running BUT turning the crown will not set the time or date. I believe it needs a new stem or work needs to be done on the watch. The watch has a new battery but work will need to be done to be able to set the time and date. This watch also has an inscription on the back stating “Herb Channell, In recognition of 35 years of service, Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation, 1986.
