Description: Vtg WWII Sextant US Navy Ship Spencer Browning Co London - Lloyd Phoenix NY Sextant is marked Lloyd Browning Co. London and has a U.S Navy Property marking on the bottom. Box has paper U.S Naval Observatory Certificate of Inspection from 1943. Inside of box has a brass tag marked “Lloyd Phoenix New York”. Box measures approximately 10.5” x 11”. Condition notes: - The holder for the telescope does not fully insert into the sextant frame. (See picture) - No telescope included. - A wooden block to hold equipment that was glued inside the box has come off, this could easily be glued back in place (see picture). *** We are not experts on these so please see pictures for complete condition and feel free to ask any questions.
