Puiblished in 1965, this book is in great condition with clean, crisp pages, binding is tight, square, minimal shelf and edge wear on dust jacket (see photos). The dust jacket is in excellent condition, but the price is cut from the inside front flap of the dust jacket (see photo). Shipping will be USPS Media Mail for $5.50.
