Description: This pump along with another has recently been removed from its environment at a biomass facility. There is nothing wrong with them, the plant is just no longer in service. This is a special pump in terms of condition since it was used to pump antifreeze for the plants heating system. First of all, ethylene glycol is said to be one of the best liquids for a pump's reliability. But in this scenario the HVAC wasn't utilized in the winter that much because it was a wood burning biomass facility and boilers already kept things pretty warm inside! This could make a case to be said that these pumps have an attractive number of hours on them. You'll notice that I included a photo of these still installed in the facility.
