Description: This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Both units seem to be custom decaled. The tender's draw-bar is bent. The locomotive's road number decals on the cab sides are heavily worn and discolored. The decals on both sides of the tender's shell are heavily worn and faded with small sections peeling off and leaving a sticker residue on the shell. Some dirt stains can been seen on the shells of both units. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included.
