The watch was given as an outstanding service award in 1990 from the seminal ISD, thus, the dial and watch back has decal for it. The watch is currently running smooth and keeping accurate time. Battery was replaced (6/23/24), but we still can NOT guarantee battery life due to various reasons such as unknown shelf time. However we will check the watch before shipping to ensure it is working!
