Lets address the "blob" between Eugene and Oregon. I can't figure it out, and I don't understand it. It looks like it could have been a mistake by the stencil maker, but instead of patching it like on other stencils, the just kept stenciling over and over until it became a voided blob. I have highlighted this in pictures with the red arrow. I have also taken a close up picture of where they went to punch the C in Co too close to Woolworth but the stencil didn't punch all the way through. *$2 bill is for size reference and is not included in the sale.
