Repair basics such as replacing a power cord and advise on repairs in general is cover in Chapter 8. Chapter 9 covers flipper repair and is divided into two sections: dead flippers and weak flippers. Chapter 10 covers repairs common to all machines, e.g. blown fuses, chimes and bells kickout holes, the ball shooter. The next two chapters cover repairs specific to electro-mechanical machines and electronic machines, respectively. There is a chapter dedicated to tracing circuits and general maintenance. There are even chapters on getting professional repairs and becoming a professional repairer yourself. Pinball machines are a lot of fun and this the book to have if you want to have more fun.
